Allyson brings to her role 15 years of experience in human resources from the agriculture and financial services sectors.

Driven by her passion for people, Allyson ensures our team members have the necessary resources and support to excel. Allyson embodies our commitment to an authentic culture and leads our efforts to attract top talent, foster growth, and empower individuals to reach their full potential. Within Benson Hill, she previously served as a Human Resources Business Partner and advanced to lead the HR function. Prior to joining Benson Hill, she worked at Edward Jones in leadership development, talent strategy, and HR business partnership support. Prior to that, she led multiple initiatives at Rabo AgriFinance, establishing the Learning & Development function, driving talent management, leading culture transformation, and managing sales excellence training. 

Allyson began her career at Solae, a leading manufacturer of soy protein isolates. There she supported global operations in human resources and talent management. She holds a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
