She is the former President, Snacks for Kellogg’s accountable for $4B annual revenue and responsible for marketing, sales, supply chain and R&D. Deanie is an accomplished business transformation leader, known for her ability to deliver profitable, topline growth for challenged businesses across both North American and Europe. She has worked with some of the most notable companies in the consumer products industry including Kellogg’s, Kraft Foods, Quaker Oats, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble and she is credited for launching over $750MM revenue through Innovation. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Kraft Foods, Elsner was recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the 50 most influential Global CMOs in addition to being recognized by ADWEEK as one of the 12 Stars of Adtech Shaping the Future. Prior positions at Kraft Foods included EVP and CMO, President Beverages, President EU – Coffee and SVP Marketing Resources, Europe.
