Molly is an experienced public company CEO and Board Director with a deep passion for sustainability and leading teams throughout the Food & Agriculture supply chain.
Molly Montgomery currently serves as Board Director at Wilbur-Ellis (WE), The Wine Group (TWG), and Custom Made Meals (CMM). WE is a family-owned international business with revenues over $3.0 billion and a leading marketer, distributor and manufacturer of agricultural products, animal nutrients and chemicals. As a management-owned company, TWG is the second-largest wine producer in the US and the third-largest producer in the world. CMM is a PE-owned company that produces fresh, oven-ready protein entrees and appetizers for retail and club stores nationwide.
Molly is either serving or has served as Board Director for several SPACs (NASDAQ: ROCH, ROCC, ROCR, ROCG), providing required capital for companies to reach their full potential. She also serves as a Strategic Advisor for early-stage companies such as Trace Genomics, Planted Places, and Nuvve Holdings (NASDAQ: NVVE).
Previously, Molly served as CEO, President & Board Director of Landec Corporation (NASDAQ: LNDC), a company comprised of two independent operating businesses: Lifecore Biomedical, a CDMO for FDA-approved drugs and devices, and Curation Foods. Curation Foods offers value-added fresh vegetables, salads, guacamole, olive oil and wine vinegar products to retail, club and foodservice operators throughout North America. Molly has also served as Board Director for Windset Farms, one of the largest hydroponic vegetable growers in North America, and for Flower One Holdings (CSE: FONE), the largest cultivator and producer of cannabis in the state of Nevada.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science and Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville and an Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.
