Yevgeny Fundler is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Benson Hill. He is an accomplished legal counsel in the areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financial and capital market transactions, complex commercial transactions, intellectual property and litigation management, and compliance. Prior to joining Benson Hill, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of AITX (formerly known as American Railcar Industries). Yevgeny also held multiple leadership roles in various organizations, including WestPoint Home and Icahn Enterprises. Before going in-house, Yevgeny worked in law firms representing the interests of business and institutional clients in a broad range of corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial transactions.  Yevgeny earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctor from University of California Hastings College of the Law.
